(Free-Press-Release.com) December 3, 2009 -- The Spine and Wine was packed with local businesses, Dr. Faulkner's Patient's as well as all who supported the Spine and Wine with a warm winter coat for the winter charity coat drive.

The event was held at the Core Health Group office in Highland, Illinois. All coats donated was gave to charity to help keep people in our lives warm during these frosty seasons. There was even women's fur coats donated! This also shows all our support to the local community.
