Held at the Burroughes Building at 639 Queen Street, from 12pm - 6pm - also showing on December 12 and13 - Portobello East is about showcasing Toronto’s new artists and designers. The market is a one-stop-shop for shoppers looking for original gift ideas for the upcoming holiday season.

We have a diverse collection of artists and designers that appeal to everyone’s tastes – it’s the perfect place to pick up a one-of-a-kind piece or unique gift,” says Carlie Smith who has been successfully running Portobello West in Vancouver and Calgary since ’06 and now running Portobello East in Toronto. “The market is committed to supporting young and emerging designers, artists and artisans – it also allows customers to engage directly with the makers of the products and art work.”
