1 Lacrosse to Sponsor the Cherokees Box lacrosse team at the 2010 Ales Hřebeský Memorial Box Lacrosse Tournament in Prague

The Ales Hřebeský Memorial Box Lacrosse Tournament, played annually for the past 17 years, is held in honor of a local player who was struck and killed by a drunk driver while standing at a bus stop in 1993. The tournament is one of the most popular lacrosse events in Europe and attracts 16 teams from all across Europe, the US and Canada.
