100 dalit's cheated by Ram Rao Patil matter moved to NHRC by Naresh Kadyan

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 2, 2009 -- Ram Rao Patil was Vice President of NCP's youth wing and he is accused of cheating 100 dalit workers from 2004-2007 by taking loans against their names after acquiring their signatures on blank sheet with out their consent, complaint might be registered with the Nashik Police, till today offenders are absconding.

Ram Rao Patil was a Municipal contractor collecting garbage with in Nashik area, hundreds of dalit community peoples were employed for the purpose during 2004 to 2007, during that period Ram Rao Patil took their signature on blank paper and then he applied for a loan with out their consent. The builder Ram Rao Patil, is accused of having taken loan of Rs 10 crore from Sri Hari Bade Sir Cooperative Society based in Navi Mumbai against the names of 100 Dalit workers. The cases against the builder were filed under Dalit Atrocities Act on Buta Singh, Chairman, National Commission for Scheduled Castes instructions during his visit to Nashik a couple of weeks back. Charges against Patil are that he had cheated 100 workers, all Dalits of Nashik, of sums of money ranging from Rs 11. 5 lakh to Rs 17 lakh.
Now on the complaint of Rama Rao Patil, Buta Singh's son cought by the CBI for one crore bribe , Buta Singh also might be questioned by the investigating agencies and this bribe was offered to favour Ram Rao Patil in the cheating of 100 dalit workers matter. This matter was taken up with the National Human Right Commission, New Delhi to look in to the matter of 100 dalit's community people's to grant them justice.....bearing NHRC reference 091137 dated August 2nd,2009.
