Queens, New York, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) September 14, 2011 -- 106 St Tire & Wheel, with 4 locations serving Queens, Elmhurst, Jamaica, Corona, Valley Stream, Kennedy and LaGuardia Airports, has announced that their Jamaica location at 118-02 Merrick Blvd will be open on Sunday.

This location was previously open Monday through Saturday however a 106 St Tire & Wheel spokeswoman cited customer convenience as the motivation to open the Jamaica location on Sunday.

She stated, “In a 24 hour society, we feel we owe our customers as much convenience as we can offer. Our Northern Blvd location has been open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays for years. 106 St has been stepping up our efforts to be more community minded in the Jamaica, Valley Stream, Sunrise Highway and Kennedy Airport area.”

The spokeswoman continued, “106 St Tire & Wheel is offering to fix flats for free for those members of the TLC, taxi and car service business that join our Loyalty Program. 106 St will also fix flats for free for any not-for-profit organization serving the underprivileged, disabled, shut-ins, kids’ groups, those groups helping seniors, homeless people and pets. Any legitimate group that needs our services is invited to call our administrative office at 718-271-9600 to discuss how 106 St Tire & Wheel can help you help the Jamaica and Valley Stream community. We are willing to donate tires for fund-raisers and fix flats for free to help out.”

106 St Tire & Wheel’s Jamaica location is now open Monday through Saturday 8 am to 7 pm and Sundays 9 am-5 pm.
