10th Annual World Refugee Day
Mix with cultures from around the globe this June 19th right in downtown Jacksonville! There will be music, refreshments and a special naturalization ceremony. You won't want to miss this!

Celebrate World Refugee Day with Catholic Charities, Lutheran Social Services and World Relief at the Main Library in downtown Jacksonville.
Special Guest: Nancy Dreicer, Northeast Region Director, Florida Department of Children and Families
Special Guest Pianist: Mr. Abbas Abboud, a refugee from Iraq who is known across Europe for his talent.
Guest Speaker: Tri T. Vu TTV Architects, Inc. a prominent member of our community who entered the U.S. as a refugee in 1975.
The celebration will begin at 3:00 p.m. June 19th and last about two hours. Afterwards, everyone is invited to a reception at Catholic Charities. Bring your family, friends and cameras!
