16 Nursing Students Receive Pins

Professional Medical Careers Institute School of Nursing awarded 16 pins and certificates of completion of a 185 hour nursing assistant course on August 19, 2010.

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 19, 2010 -- Thousand Oaks, August 19, 2010: Sixteen nursing students successfully completed 185 hours of nurse’s assistant training at Professional Medical Careers Institute and received their CNA pins and Certificates of Completion. The students obtained their clinical experience at local healthcare facilities Shoreline Assisted Living in Oxnard and Oak View Assisted Living in Thousand Oaks. These graduates will go on to take the State Certification and Competency Examination and they will become CNAs at a very opportune time, as there are a multitude of employment options available to them.
