1st Annual "Dog-toberfest®" Presented by The Urban Mutt™

(Free-Press-Release.com) September 2, 2009 -- The Urban Mutt is proud to present Dog-toberfest with the generous support from the Berwyn Development Corporation. Dog-toberfest will be incorporated as part of Berwyn's Oktoberfest celebration that is in its 9th year. This popular event is estimated to bring in approximately 10,000 people.

The two days of fun will feature food vendors, crafters, a beer garden, amusement rides, children's activities, and musical performances!

The Dog-toberfest area will feature a "Doggie Lounge" where your pup can play under the sprinklers, get the "Spaw" Treatment, and then snack on Pupizzas & Doggie Beer! There will also be a pet psychic, a caricature artist, free nail clipping, and many more fun & exciting things for your pooch to enjoy. In addition, gift bags will be given out to the first 75 people with dogs who come to The Urban Mutt booth, so be sure to hurry over!

We are also asking for your help to support the Chicago Ridge Animal Welfare League by making a donation that will go towards purchasing some of items necessary to run the shelter. This shelter has a special place in our hearts, because it is where we adopted our newest "pack member" Peanut. As our way of saying thanks for your support, we'll be handing out small gifts and prizes to everyone that donates.

Dog-toberfest and Oktoberfest is Friday, September 11th from 6PM to 11PM and Saturday, September 12th from Noon to 11PM.
