REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN now for our 2-Day COTR Refresher Course (16 CLP credit hours) will be taught at the Northern Va. Training Center Campus on 16-17 MAY 2011 from 8 am to 4pm at the location listed for the Price of just $395 pp.
GREAT PRICE FOR 16 CLP CREDITS. Register now before the May class is completely full. Attendees will receive a downloadable PDF certificate for 16 CLP credit towards their COTR/COR/GTR re-certification FAC-COTR requirements needed every two years. PDF requires password only obtainable in class.

Go to: http://shop.acquisitioninstitute.com to register and pay for the class. Payment byPurchase Card only. For agency employees, training officers, P-Card holders and supervisors: Seats are filled soley on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Although we will hold slots for large groups, we will do so for no more than one week in order for you to process your employee's SF-182 Training Request form through your internal channels at which time payment MUST be made by your purchase card holder and received for a seat to be secured. We will only do this until two weeks before the course, after than no seat will be reserved and all payments will be made on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, we highly suggest you wait to first have your SF-182's approved internally, and then have your P-Card holder execute the payment online at our shopping cart once your SF-182 is approved. DO NOT send us your SF-182s unless you are registering groups of 7 or more students as a GROUP order). PLEASE send us an email with the Student's full name, phone number and business email address because we send course info and student materials to each student registered so they may print out the class materials. All payments must be received at least one full week prior to class, or until the class seating is full at which time a notice will be placed on our webpage that the class is FULL.

These are very easy steps to follow, and anyone can do it, safely, fast and efficient-plus you will get an “instant receipt” for your records. Do it just like any other online transaction with the exception that you MUST send us a separate email “after you pay” with the name and email address of the student you paid for so we may send them the course materials and place them on our student roster. We do NOT want your SF-182 as that is for your records once it is approved:

3. Next CLICK “ADD TO CART” (if you have more than one put (3 x $395)
4. Next CLICK the “CHECK OUT” button at the bottom Right.
5. Next FILL OUT COMPLETELY all required info (as card holder), cc#, security code, expiration date, your billing address info, your name, office phone as you are the P-Card holder, and
6. Send us a Separate Email to info@acquisitioninstitute.com with the Student Name, email address and phone number you just finished paying for and once we receive that information along with your payment to confirm his/her seat, we will send them the course materials and course info.
REFUND/SUBSTITUTION POLICY: See our Shopping Cart terms and conditions, otherwise refer to our "Terms & Conditions Tab at our website. All seats once booked and paid for as part of any "Public Offerings" are final. So make absolultely sure that the employee wants to attend a the course and they personnel understand changes
