2010 International Photography Awards Announces Winners of the Competition

About Winner:

I am a Los Angeles based photographer and recent graduate of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. What first attracted me to photography was the ability to share stories. My initial interest was in documentary work but as I progressed as a photographer I found myself not only wanting to share other people's stories but also wanting to construct my own. I am currently working on a series of self-portraits depicting a woman named Elizabeth. The images are based around clothing, letters and personal belonging I found in an abandoned house which belonged to a woman named Elizabeth.
