2012 Limited Edition Bugaboo Cameleon

new york city, New York, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 8, 2012 -- Bugaboo has produced a new Cameleon stroller. The limited edition Cameleon Deep Purple.

The launch is expected to take place in January 2012.

The Bugaboo Cameleon Deep Purple will come with the canopy and apron included and will cost £839.

This is going to be an exclusive stroller as just 300 will be available for sale.

In the UK, they will be available from some John Lewis stores.

The standard Bugaboo Cameleon costs about £680. It is a gorgeous stroller and it will without doubt draw attention from other parents.

This limited edition stroller has the seat and bassinet included as standard which is handy for new babies. The same frame, still, is used for both the seat and the bassinet, so the seat and bassinet cannot be easily interchanged with the other.

The seat unit is not recommended for babies younger than 6 months because the seat back and footrest do not move independently. The whole seat tilts back and forward which means that the baby's legs are always going to be in the sitting position. This can appear a little strange at 1st.

The seat tilts with no trouble by pressing the large white circular button on each side of the seat unit. Therefore it is rather easy to tilt the seat without waking your little child.

You can position the seat to face to the front or the back. Make sure that your child is out of the seat before doing this.

There is a removable fleece on the seat. In the summer time it can be too hot for your baby. There are 6 diverse colors available for the fleece. It is impressively easy to remove it for washing.

The seat unit measures nearly 53cm tall, 30cm wide and two5cm deep.

The bassinet measures 75cm long, 31cm wide (inside) and 19cm deep.

The Cameleon sold in the United States has a different harness design.

There is a hood that can fold down over the seat if the seat is positioned upright. This hood can also provide good coverage even if the seat is wholly reclined. The hood is light and easy to operate and makes exceptionally little noise.

The push handle can be drawn-out by up to 6.3 inches. It is pretty easily adjusted by using the white screws on each side of the handle.

The hand grip is lined with foam and it is really comfy. A wrist strap is connected so that the pusher does not run away from you on steep ground.

The handle can be rotated to the rear of the stroller and hence the seat faces in the reverse way. Reversing the hand-grip, nonetheless, puts the large wheels at the front and the small wheels at the rear. If you are going over rough ground, then this is somewhat helpful.

The Cameleon has air filled 30cm or 12 inch rear wheels.
