FESTIVAL OF EXCELLENCE 2010 CELEBRATES WITH MOVE TO NEW CURTIS HIXON WATERFRONT PARK
Festival of Excellence: 2010

FOE, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization will be hosting the 2nd "Festival of Excellence" at the New Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park in downtown Tampa on March, 27, 2010.

We understand that healing our wounds from extensive emotional, spiritual and even physical damage requires long-term teaching and support. Participation in smaller settings, where there is consistency and accountability, to help people gain new insight and understanding into their own lives and relationships. The Festival recognizes local individuals by honoring their way of life, and by celebrating their commitment to their calling, respect for authority and perseverance to not compromise their values.

Please come and enjoy Bishop Heanon Tate, Tampa Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, "BROTHER JAY" The Man GOD Brought Back From Crack, DAVE DAVYNE, "L.A.S." (LaRon Hearst, Angel Gibson, Sarene Tate), "ROYAL CITY" (Albert Dangerfield, Dominique Rosenthal, Kevin Davis), Exciting Central Tampa Baptist Church Choir, Blake High School Jazz Ensemble.

Malcolm Dumas, founder and Executive Director of the Festival of Excellence, Inc., said "

"For far too long I have watched the moral decay of our society. I realized, in order to save what we are losing, there must first be unity. We must look to our history to understand what we are losing, and know it is not forbidden to return and 'fetch' it. The Festival works to weave a web of integrity to protect the core values of the Tampa Bay area by teaching youth how to overcome disappointments and adversity by never compromising their pursuit of excellence, values or faith."

The event takes place on Saturday, March 27th 2010, from 10am - 9pm, with a vignette tribute to our elders starting at 10:30 AM. Admission is free. The Theme this year is: Defining the Standard
