CRI offers the Home Energy Savings Program in partnership with Connecticut power utilities and the CT Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF). The program was designed to empower residents to review, identify and address heating and cooling wastes in their homes.

The website explains CRI’s Home Energy Savings Program and enables homeowners to quickly file an application to participate in the program. To this end, 3PRIME also created a staging area so that the website could be reviewed, modified and approved by Connecticut based utilities like Connecticut Light & Power and Yankee Gas Company, before launching it for the general public.
