$5,000 Grand Prize for Karaoke Contest

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 26, 2012 -- NEW BRAUNFELS, One of the largest and most exciting karaoke competitions in the US will be holding preliminary competitions at Fiesta Lanes in our Lounge starting on March 9, 2012 and concluding May 25, 2012. Weekly qualifier contest will be held each Friday night at 9 o’clock.

Karaoke singers from our area will compete for a trip to the finals at Bowl Expo in Reno, Nevada in June. Weekly winner will advance to compete in local semifinals and finals. The winner of the local finals will receive a trip to Reno, including airfare and hotel accommodations for the semifinal and the finals. Finalists sing at the Eldorado Showroom in Reno.

The International Bowling Karaoke Contest is run exclusively in bowling centers across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The contest has continued to grow in popularity and participation since its beginning eight years ago. Over 55,000 singers participated last year.
