5 Essential Requirements To Succeed As A Super Affiliate

Though they may enjoy freedom of working by themselves, they will have a problem if they could not earn at all. Here are the 5 essential requirements you need in order to succeed as a super affiliate.

1. Right Mindset

This is the most important as having the right or wrong mindset can make or break your affiliate marketing career.

Your family and friends can be your greatest support towards success. They can also be your greatest hinderence. And the reason why I am saying this is much of what we think and do every single day is based upon what they think we should do rather than what we want to do.

If they support and encourage you, that is great.

If only some or even one of you do this, that is good also.

But what if most or all of them do not support you? What are you going to do? What is your plan? Do you still want to be an entrepreneur or do you want to work as employee like everyone else just because you want to be a filial child and feel bad about hurting your parents?

Whichever choice you make, I cannot say you are right or wrong.

But for me even when my dad nearly kick me out of home and eventually wants me to get a job as his final wish before he died from cancer, I still stick to my decision to be an enterpreneur despite being perceived as unfilial in everyone's eyes.

But then again, this is the first thing you must master even though it seems like the most difficult of all steps.

2. Right System

Having the right mindset is just the first step towards success but it does not yet guarantee you success.

You need a right system in place. A system that enables or even forces you to integrate as part of your routine to ensure your online success. One which is not just proven to work with the internet guru selling you the program but with his or her students who have tried and achieved the same success.

It is very important to look out for not just 1 or 2 testimonies but for many. If there is a photo of those students with that guru, that is certainly the right system you should consider investing in.

More importantly, they must provide all the essential tools and resources for you to succeed as quickly as possibly. As in video tutorials, software applications and ebooks which are so prominent in most affiliate marketing courses these days.

3. Right Environment

This is another requirement you must have.

For myself, I only have my mom at home since my dad passed away and my sister got married and have her own home. But for others, that may not be the case as they have siblings to share house or even rooms with. If their family members understand and support what they do as I already mentioned in first point, that will be great.

If not or they constantly distract you, you might want to look for a more conducive environment like a library or internet cafe where it is not just quiet but provide
internet access as well since all your work is being done online.

4. Right Attitude

Once you got the right mindset, system and environment in place, the next thing you need is your right attitude.

When seeing those super affiliates or gurus make thousands or even millions online, most people want to do the same. And they want to achieve in 1 month, 1

week or even 1 day time.

That is nothing wrong with this. I also want this.

But if you have been in business as long as I have been for 3 years whether on-or-offline, you know as well as I do that is not going to happen.

You are not going to make millions or thousands overnight. You are not even going to achieve that in 1 month. Not especially you are starting out as a newbie. If you can make even a hundred dollars, that will be a great achievement though such cases are rare.

In order to make that kind of money, you need to have the right attitude. As in discarding the get rich quick mentality and replacing that with the attitude to
constantly learn and apply what is necessary to accelerate your learning curve and success.

This is the process that every enterpreneur including Bill Gates and late Steve Jobs go through.

This is also the process I went through myself.

This is also the process that separates those who really want to be successful from those who do not.

5. Right Mentor

Some people - including myself - are independent and able to achieve success on their own. The good thing is that they are able to work on their own time and

pace while still staying focused to complete what needs to be done.

But there are others who are dependent. They do not feel comfortable learning and working on their own. They need a mentor to handhold and guide them every step of the way until they succeed.

Finding the right mentor who is willing to help you is not hard. But finding one who is willing to do the same at a price you can afford or best of all free is. From
my experience, out of every 20 gurus I met at seminars, only 1 or 2 will do so. And usually these 1 or 2 are less famous than the rest.

When you do find the right mentor, you have to listen and do everything he or she tells you to. Whatever you know or think you know about affiliate marketing, you have to forget all that in order to be open and willing to accept his or her advice.

That probably explains why most gurus love internet newbies who do not know internet marketing, internet or even how to use PC than intermediates who already have some knowledge and their way of doing things.
