Step 2: Be careful of the sun - You have to stick with your skin for life, so taking care of it is a huge concern. Avoid tanning salons as this is horrible for your skin.
Step 3: Eat well - As the old saying goes, you are what you eat. You can’t expect to look young when you are filling your insides with trans-fats, MSG and preservatives.
Step 4: Get a good night’s sleep - Be sure to get at least seven hours in at night. Staying up late nights can hurt your metabolism and cause you to age faster.
Step 5: Act younger than you are - Being a coach potato is a sure-fire road to disaster. Keep your body in shape but also your mind as they are connected. Read a book that challenges your intellect, go out for a jog and constantly push yourself to do greater things. Motivation to do these thing promise good health as well as success.
