Now it's time to start saving money for a reliable investment so that you might have some money to spend when you grow older. A lot of people couldn't do just that and most of them lost their houses and other valuable properties they earned over the year.
Here are 5 tips on saving money so that you have enough to invest properly:
Restaurants: If you don't know how to cook your food from scratch, which you should, you still can buy instant meals that need minimal kitchen skills to prepare. A lot of those are available in wholesale stores and everywhere.
Vending Machines: By reducing your vending machine spending you not only save money, but also you get to save your body from tons of toxic chemicals used in the processing of those candy bars, soda drinks, and potato chips.
Grocery and other house hold items: Coupons are not the best way to go because those coupons are designed to make the sellers more money, not to save you any. Make it a habit to get everything you need 1 year ahead and buy them wholesale. You'll save a ton this way.
Save on gas: See if you can bike to work instead of using the car. Another alternative is public transportation if available and reliable. If you must use the car then make sure your engine is in a good shape all the time, and install a water splitting device that mixes gasoline with hydrogen-oxygen mixture to enhance the combustion.
Cut on your utilities: If you haven't yet there are some habits that you need to adopt, like turning off the light when you're not there, reduce the heating/cooling, watch less TV and go walking instead, make the living rooms livable so that everybody can do their activities in the same place, and you can cut on the home phone by going VoIP if you already have a high speed Internet connection.
