Blake A. Bailey, Charlie Florsheim, Caroline Harrison, Lee M. Kirner, James Phillips and Ryan Valdez have been made partners at Cantey Hanger LLP.

Blake A. Bailey, Charlie Florsheim, Caroline Harrison, Lee M. Kirner, James Phillips and Ryan Valdez have been made partners at Cantey Hanger LLP, managing partner Pollard Rogers announced.
These are outstanding lawyers,” Rogers said, “and we are proud to have them as partners.”
Blake A. Bailey: A partner with offices in Southlake and Dallas, Bailey’s 20-year practice focus has been Commercial Litigation, Franchise Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor/Employment and Litigation. He received his BA from the University of Michigan and J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
Charlie Florsheim: Florsheim’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structure, governance issues, and securities offerings for privately-held and publicly-held companies. The Fort Worth partner earned his B.B.A. from Texas Christian University and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
Caroline Harrison: Harrison, a Partner in the Fort Worth office, focuses her practice on employment law. She earned a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from The University of Texas at Arlington and her J.D., Cum Laude, from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
Lee M. Kirner: Kirner, a graduate of the University of Oregon and the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, focuses his practice on Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Lending and Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Law. He is a partner in the Dallas office.
James Phillips: Phillips, a Partner in the Dallas office, is a member of the firm's general litigation practice group. His practice experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in trial and appellate matters, with a focus in engineering and construction litigation. He received a B.S. in mechanical engineering and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
Ryan Valdez: Valdez, a partner in the Fort Worth office, is part of the firm’s general litigation practice group. He has served as lead counsel in complex commercial disputes at the trial and appellate level. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and Tulane University School of Law.
