600 Prominent Economists & Industrialists from Kingdom & internationally will take part in the 2nd Saudi Downstream, 6-7 March ‘12, Jubail Industrial City

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 15, 2012 -- Around 600 prominent economists and industrialists from inside and outside Saudi Arabia will be taking part in the Second Saudi Downstream Strategic Forum and Exhibition organized by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu under the Royal Patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdualaziz Al Saud, on 6-7 March 2012, in Jubail Industrial City.

The forum will also be attended by Prince Saud Bin Abdullah Bin Thanayan Al Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and His Excellency the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Eng. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi who will lead participants with a speech he will deliver on the first day of the forum, along with a number of leading officials, CEOs of industrial companies, investors, businessmen and decision makers in the development of the petrochemical and downstream industries.

The forum will address the importance of downstream industries and the promising investment opportunities they offer, the national and international future trends and their importance in diversifying sources of income. Examples of industrial integration between primary and downstream industries will be presented in the forum, together with the practical role of petrochemical industries and raw materials in supporting downstream industries. The Royal Commission will present its practical experience in supporting downstream industries and the strategic plans it has drafted to develop various aspects of this sector, based on the investment feasibility and available merits. It will also shed light on the investment opportunities available in the downstream industries in its industrial cities.
