MLM Network Marketing. It's an industry that truly doesn't limit you in how much you can achieve. With countless 6 and 7 figure incomes created, it's a no brainer as to why so many people get started with an MLM Network Marketing company. So, why then, do 90% of the people who come into the industry with dreams of firing their boss, spending more time with their kids, going on vacations around the world, and never having to work at the job they don't really enjoy, give up on all this within their first 90 days in the industry?? Why? Because once people realize that MLM Network Marketing isn't easy money and that they actually have to be come sales people, and typically have to call a hundred people a day, they bail. Well, that's how it used to be.

In my team, over 70% of the people who come in, stay in. Period . 70% of everyone who joins our team, stays , and does not leave. So, what do we so differently? How do we manage to flip the industry drop-out rate on its head? The way we do this is by simply removing the things that people don't like about the business. We use simple tools to completely eliminate the need to become a sales person and call hundreds of uninterested people every day. Once you eliminate these factors, an MLM Network Marketing business can become exactly what you were hoping for in the beginning: an extremely valuable asset. By utilizing these tools, new people can come in and start off having fun. It's a lot better to start and have 20 excited people who want to get started, call you every day, than to call 100 people who don't want to even talk to you every day. Big difference!

So what exactly are we using? A good company product and compensation plan, a well-designed capture page, and a voice-broadcaster. It's that simple. First, your company must have a product that is exciting and fresh. If not, nobody is going to get interested and engaged in it. That's step number one! You've got to have a product that is exciting. The voice-broadcaster and the capture page are complimentary to each other. The voice broadcaster can automatically call tens of thousands of leads in the time it takes you to manually call 100. This is a must! The capture page is designed simply to weed out anyone who isn't really interested, just like the voice-broadcaster. By the time someone calls you, they've been qualified once or twice by the lead company, once by your auto-dialer, and once more by your capture page. 80% of the people I talk to, end up joining my MLM Network Marketing business at some point. If you aren't using these tools and you still face rejection daily, I'm sure that you've gotten leads that promise to deliver but after manually calling all of them, only 10% or less want anything to do with you. The thought of all that rejection, day after day, is unbearable. There's no way I would ever go back to the old way of doing things.

Once the process becomes so automated and your work time is so drastically reduced, the business becomes an asset. By working just an hour a day, you can continue to generate revenue and build your downline, and you know that most of the people coming in, will stay and duplicate your results. Isn't that what we all wanted in the first place?? As MLM Network Marketing professionals, it is our responsibility to utilize all the current technologies that can help our business grow and help those who come into the business succeed in their first 3 months, rather than set them up for defeat. I think everyone in this industry, who isn't already, needs to be utilizing a voice-broadcaster and capture page system. It will eliminate so much of the difficulties that new people to the industry face. In doing so, we can begin to reshape the industry and create something that is truly exciting to be a part of. As a team leader, I want people to feel grateful and in control, so that they can pass those feelings on. These simple tools have the potential to dramatically change the face of this industry, but it's up to us to make it happen.
