Fitness trainer and holistic health coach Laura Lehrhaupt says you can now burn calories without burning a hole in your pocket.
Lehrhaupt, 46, recently launched a new Pilates website called www.99centpilates.com. The site offers online Pilates exercise workouts for 99 cents per class. No membership is required, and the videos are appropriate for people of all different fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. The 99-cent fee allows users to access each video for up to eight hours from the comfort of their homes, dorm rooms, offices, or anywhere there’s room for a standard yoga mat.
Pilates is a series of body strengthening exercises extremely popular among celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna and Daisy Fuentes. Lehrhaupt says she created 99CentPilates.com classes so people could learn about the physical benefits of Pilates without spending Hollywood prices.
“After teaching Pilates for nearly a decade in gyms and private homes I wanted to share it with more people at a reasonable cost. The economy may impact people's ability to join fancy gyms. This gives people a chance to get stronger and save money,” said Lehrhaupt.

A Certified Spinning Instructor with multiple Pilates certifications, Lehrhaupt has been involved in the fitness industry for 14 years and has been teaching Pilates classes for over 7 years. She’s convinced that its health benefits are unparalleled:
