A Call for Sexual Harassment Charges Against Labor Secretary Hilda Solis?
A Call for Sexual Harassment Charges Against Labor Secretary Hilda Solis?

A behavioral strategist's take on the crude slang our labor secretary used.

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 10, 2011 --
Here is the situation; a sitting labor secretary who is a public employee was addressing a number of people who she works for (the public). In the Address she referenced an explicit sexual behavior as a description of her employers (the public). Not only did she reference this sexual act as a comment on the sex lives of members of the American public, but she actually referred to them as this graphic sex act. Calling those who support the Tea Party, “Teabaggers.”
This is obviously a violation of sexual harassment rules. To talk about the sexual practices of the people you work for/with is enough to get fired from 99% of employers but to then show the lack of moral fiber and actually call the people you work for/with a sexual act would normally lead to harassment charges.
Are we going to see sexual misconduct and harassment charges brought against Sec. Hilda Solis? No; of course not. That is because even if the charges were warranted, her supervisor (the President) condones such behavior.
Obviously a bit of sarcasm is being used as I don’t really believe harassment charges are warranted. However, it does show the lack of manhood and maturity on behalf of the Commander in Chief when he is ok with a member of his personal cabinet referring to millions of his countrymen as a crude sexual act.
You cannot respect the holder of an office when that occupant clearly shows no respect for you and the office he holds.
Perhaps President Obama didn’t read the job description but to be ok with your citizens being called a crude sexual act should have made a real man of honor rise up and defend those he swore to defend. Real political leadership is still being a leader to those who didn’t vote for you. Political strategy alone would suggest that standing up on behalf of those who don’t support you would gain some political converts.
Instead we see a suit void of manhood and character seemingly ok with degrading sexual remarks aimed at the hard working families of America.
