A Creative approach to U of A March Madness

Tucson, Arizona, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) March 11, 2011 -- Tucson Caterer and Event Planner Creative Catering Corporation has been hired to provide Event Planning and Catering Services for a private party honoring the U of A Basketball Team and its Coaches.

The private event will be held on Sunday March 13th, 2011 and will be a “Selection Sunday” Basketball and U of A themed event. As a Tucson Event Planner specializing in themed events, Creative Catering has given this event the appropriate title of “Big Dance Selection Sunday.”

The menu will consist of several displays and themed menu “stations” including:
• Small Plate "Conversion" Carving Station : Roast Turkey Breast with Raspberry Chipotle, and Roast Beef with Horseradish Sauce, Served on Assorted Rolls, Mini Croissants, Mustard Poupon and Mayonnaise,
• "Full Court Press Station" :  Stuffed Potato Skins and Calzone Pinwheels

• "In The Paint" Chicken Painting Station :  Grilled Chicken Skewers with "Painting" Sauces of Teriyaki, BBQ, and Peanut Satay for guests to "Paint" on Chicken Skewers
• "Hoops and Scoops" Snack Station :  Potato Chips with Dip, Tortilla Chips with Dip, Snack Mix, Pretzels, Cheese "Ball" and Crackers
• "Slam Dunk" Station :  Hamburger Sliders and Mini Hot Dogs with Catsup, Mayonnaise, Mustard Relish and Diced Onions
• and a "Final Four" Dessert Station :  Orange and Black Chocolate Covered Doughnut Holes, Basketball Shaped Brownies and Basketball Cookies.

Also on display will be a "Rebound" Colossal Shrimp Cocktail Ice Tower: a carved "Ice Tower" sporting an engraved "A" with Colossal Shrimp disbursed at the Bottom of the Tower along with cocktail sauce and Lemons.
