A Day of Healing for Veterans, Active Duty Personnel and Military Families

Military veterans, active duty personnel, and their families are invited to explore alternative treatments free of charge at WhisperingTree.net’s 4th Annual Service Day Healing Clinic to be held October 9, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Wings over the Rockies Air & Space Museum in Denver.
Certified practitioners will offer Healing Touch™, acupuncture, cranio-sacral therapy, reflexology, massage therapy, Reiki, and other forms of complementary healing at no charge.
Service Day participants will receive free admission to the Wings Over The Rockies Air & Space Museum, a free gift bag (while supplies last), and refreshments.
Staff members from LifeSpark Cancer Resources will be present to discuss the nonprofit organization’s programs at Rocky Mountain Cancer Center, Denver Health, and other area hospitals.

“Our annual Service Day Healing Clinic is our way of introducing veterans, military personnel, and their families to valuable integrative care options that are fast becoming available in area hospitals,” says Ana Palles, founder of WhisperingTree.net.
Clinic participants are welcome to browse the Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum (www.wingmuseum.org), which is co-sponsoring the event.
Complementary treatment is becoming an accepted part of healing in the military community.
