A FRENCHMAN WRITES A SCI-FI FANTASY NOVEL IN ENGLISH, The Type One Civilization Writer and Genre is Born

Forty-two years old Francis E.A.R. André who lives in Lille, northern France, wrote a full length science-fiction fantasy novel in English called Mr A, The Fall. He is one of the first of a new breed of author, those who write in an international language for an international audience and can be branded as type one civilization(1) author.

The author has put on line his own website, mrathefall.com, where he promotes and sells his book as e-books and paperbacks. The visitor can download for free the first seven chapters, out of forty-two, and learn more about the book and the author.

Francis E.A.R. André has learned English at school in France but he also spent three years in Switzerland, three years in the United Kingdom and one year in the United States. He is living evidence that through passion, fortitude and hard work, one can write a book in a foreign language and send a message not just to his country fellow men and women, but to the whole world.

The genre may be considered as new: it is not science-fiction or fantasy or paranormal or crime story or conspiracy or space opera, it’s all of them mixed together with a strong religious bond which is both Buddhist and Christian. It takes inspiration in European, American, African and Asian cultures. Mr A, The Fall is definitely a melting pot and a type one civilization genre.

This book targets mainly all science-fiction and fantasy fans worldwide but anyone who is eager to discover new stories can read it.
