A new place where Bar Enthusiasts can meet

Amsterdam, 20 October 2010 - Many people want to know where to go for a great night out, whether in their hometown or abroad. The International Bar Database is a new social network where bar enthousiasts can share information about their favorite bars.

The International Bar Database aims to provide a clear overview of all the bars, coffee shops and pubs in the world. Everyone can register for a BarDB account and make additions and modifications to the bars. Bar owners can add their bar to the database for free publicity.

Not only does the International Bar Database list the big, fancy places, but also the smaller, lesser known pearls that you would love to visit. Many times, these lesser known places offer a unique opportunity to meet local people, students and friends.

The International Bar Database aims to be the most complete database of bars in the world, providing neutral overviews, but also user opinions, reviews and photos. BarDB uses a special index to easily compare prices between bars. When drink prices have been added to a bar, users will be able to compare prices to other bars in the region.
