A New Recruit Steps Foot in Plumbworld to Assist the Commercial Department

Knowing that he is directly contributing to the success of the business will be a real motivator; however, it also comes with the power to source items that don’t sell; so he must ensure that his product selection is top notch to avoid this”. Mark continues to say; “So far, the position looks very suited to Paul as he has settled into the role very well and is already conversing with everyone in the commercial departments and others within marketing and customer services – his communication skills are strong; a requirement of any successful employee.”

Plumbworld was established in 1999 by James and Anita Hickman and was later sold to the Grafton Group PLC in December 2006, they now employ over 50 people in their purpose built warehouse and offices and turnover close to £20 million a year.
