A Night Of Smooth Jazz To Welcome The DST Ladies!

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 11, 2009 -- EventsbyLORRAINEbaileycarter, LLC presents an evening of live Jazz and quality vocals at the classy WXYZ Bar (Aloft BWI hotel), welcoming the beautiful ladies of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to Baltimore.

This promises to be a night of first-class musical entertainment, inspiring songs and sisterly love!

Fans of Smooth Jazz will be treated to the soulful sounds of Buddy Jordan and Beyond Blue featuring the amazing vocalist, Kadejah Oné.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Buddy Jordan began playing bass at the age of 12. He formed the band Beyond Blue in 2006 and since then the 6-piece ensemble has entertained hundreds of fans in the Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia area.
Hailing from New Orleans, Kadejah Oné is an accomplished singer/songwriter, a talented actress and rising star. This will be one of her last performances in the Baltimore area, before she embarks on the ‘Color Purple’ tour.

Jade Steele’s “Purple Butterflies” Team in the Walk for the Alliance for Lupus Research (ALR) - Jade Steele has been living with lupus since the 8th grade. On November 7th, she will be walking with the “Purple Butterflies” in the 2009 Washington, DC ‘Walk with Us to Cure Lupus’ Walkathon to raise money for treatments and research into this disease. The Alliance for Lupus Research is a national voluntary health organization, founded to find better treatments and ultimately prevent and cure lupus.
