Mosheh Thezion, a candidate for U.S. President in 2012, offer a very simply and clear means to pay off the entire national debt, and restore our nations sovereignty.
Its very simple, our nation has operated under bankruptcy standards for the past 80 years, since the New Deal of 1933, which is what the New Deal of 1933 was, it was a new economic system of national bankruptcy standards and perpetual debt servitude, literally.

The problem is, there is no way to payoff our national debt with DOLLARS... as Dollars are not real money, they are debt promissory notes, which have no real value... The only way to pay off the true entire national debt is to pay with something real, such as gold... However, our nation does not have enough gold in storage to pay off the debt.

The solution is, to realize that we do have the gold, but... it is in perfect storage.. safe... underground... still buried.
Therefore, we can create futures based security certificates from our national treasury, based on future produced commodities, and use a stack of them to pay off the national debt.. right now.... and the notes hold there value, based on the full faith of our Federal government to run the mines to produce the commodities to pay off the notes, instead of debt tax servitude of the people.

And all we need to do is empower the Federal government to run massive mining efforts to produce those commodities, over time, to pay off said debt. In this way, the notes, hold their value, by gram weight, and can be used to honestly pay off all our nations creditors, as these notes can be traded as if they are real weights of real metals.
