A Short Unexpected Visit Results in a Long Term Bonus for CXN

Our Director of Campaign Management, Uwe Kneile, paid CXN a visit today. What is usually considered to be a routine visit, turned into an unexpected, but deserved opportunity for the company. Not only has CXN started over in a new city and met their goals for their one month benchmark coming up on the 17th, but they have exceeded expectations by far. 142% of all targets were met. As demonstrated, CXN’s ultimate goal is obviously to execute goals of the client more efficient than all competitors and by doing so, gain the respect needed from the client to reach CXN’s target market share. Performing above and beyond all expectation is CXN’s way of asking for that opportunity and proving that they deserve it more than all competitors. The moral of that short synopsis: PROVE, then ask and you shall receive. When two fervent employees presented CXN’s figures to Uwe, he was dumbfounded. Unknown to CXN until this morning, their statistics are unheard of. No other team has performed at this level. Uwe is now working on a training program that will not only allow CXN to exceed their own expectations, but put them on a fast-track to nationwide brand recognition. As long they keep setting the pace, in a matter of weeks, CXN employees will go from being “the rookies” to the most sought after training team in the region.
