http://www.aprilbrown.com “Run for the Roses” was this year’s theme, marvelously suited to the venue and enticing to family and friends who came out in record numbers to support New Horizon School. The evening began with two silent auctions, featuring numerous items from very generous donors.
Following dinner, the drill team from New Horizon School put on an amazing performance, leading into the live auction. Charity Auction World’s April Brown presented 43 items for bid that were as unique as they were spectacular, including a five night stay at a condo in Sun Valley, a gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring, and a trip to the South of France, near Cannes.
New Horizon principal Marla Veliz was filled with gratitude. “We are so thankful to all of our supporters, especially Ronald & Jacqueline Forte, our Gold Sponsor; Silver Sponsors Charter Private Bank, Edlund Associates, Inc., and First Savings Bank Northwest; plus Bronze Sponsor Dwyer Pemberton & Coulson, P.C. Their support of New Horizon School is incredibly special.”
Charity Auction World’s April Brown was delighted with the new location. “Emerald Downs was absolutely perfect for the New Horizon School Auction and Gala, and the audience responded with incredible support and unselfish generosity. We are honored to be a part of their huge success,” said April.
