A true diet free weight loss is finally here!
It is natural to think that if a weight loss is not expected to last, why diet at all. Why suffer the hunger, the cravings and the complete misery of reducing calories. Everyone knows it can't last!

Diets may make you lose weight, but not for long. A diet free weight loss, will succeed only when you stop dieting. When diets fail we tend to blame ourselves. We failed the diet. We returned to normal eating. Incredible isn't it? We have become so conditioned that we believe unless we maintain a diet, we will get fat or unhealthy or both. This is utter nonsense. Eating normal is what we were meant to do. It's what we used to do. It is not THAT long ago, when weight changed only when you chose NOT to eat normal. Diets were believed to be for sick people.
For several decades we have been subjected to a new form of human intervention. We have altered our traditional diet beyond recognition. We have taken untested advice from media and unqualified people. Our present diet is not what nature intended. The tragedy is that around 60% of us are already trapped in a state called carbohydrate addiction. We cannot get out, or maybe we don't know how. Sometimes a lifestyle of yoyo diets and battles with fat can seem easier than facing our addiction. Those responsible will stop at nothing to keep us addicted. They spend billions advertising to that end.
Imagine your body is a machine and that the food you eat is the fuel that makes it go. Your body was fashioned many eons ago to operate on a specific mix of fuel. Over centuries, small gradual changes occurred, but the body had a long time to adapt.
We have all been made aware of the danger of human intervention to nature. We too are an element of nature and we have allowed some serious intervention to ourselves. The obesity epidemic today is a direct result of human intervention to the food we eat. In just two or three decades our traditional diet, has been flipped upside down. Small signs were evident from the late sixties throught to the beginning of the eighties. But what finally sealed our fate was cholesterol.
Sadly, the word cholesterol was discovered by people who saw it as a lifeline to gain credibility. It was a chance to promote their miracle carbohydrate diet. They called themselves Nutritionists. The media saw an opportunity for an impressive scare campaign about cholesterol. They feted the nutritionists as celebrities who had not only discovered cholesterol, but had devised a diet to cure it. Nobody stopped them. The medical profession might have stepped in but they were too busy tending to a stampede of patients asking to get tested.
The shocking thing about all this is the fact that the method that was used to test cholesterol has since proved completely wrong. There are two types of cholesterol. For a correct reading, one number is supposed to cancel out the other. Instead, for decades laboratories simply added the numbers together. This guaranteed that virtually anyone who had a pulse would show a high reading.
The problem was compounded by the advent of nutritionists and their diet. They had no science or medical qualifications and their theories were never scrutinized or tested. Yet they were treated as if they had discovered cholesterol and their 30%+carbohydrate diet rode the crest of publicity generated by the cholesterol scare. Numerous people without a weight problem were encouraged to get the diet.
We tend to trust that we are protected from major mistakes involved with our health. It just goes to prove how wrong we can be. We have no protection against quasi professions who are not qualified and do not have to account for their mistakes. Their diets and their advice are not subject to any tests or trials to prove their validity.
We must refrain from dieting. Just stop it and get your family to follow your example. Learn how to cure your addiction and then see how easy it is to get a diet free weight loss. You will never count calories again.
