ABEX Capital INC announces new investment program

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 15, 2010 -- and small funds. This program enables investors to invest in today real estate market and fully secure their investment with real estate while benefitting from the experience and knowledge of ABEX Capital.

“In the past 3 years we have seen the real estate market coming down due to the credit crisis. There are currently very good opportunities to invest at pennies on the dollar compared to where the market was before. ABEX Capital INC has build up the organization to buy these properties at significant discount, remodel or finish building them if necessary, and sell them.” said Patrick Willemsen, President and CEO of ABEX Capital.

Last year ABEX Capital entered into a joint venture named “Florida Opportunities” which attracted Dutch investors and invested in real estate and performing notes that where bought at 50 % of value; some of these notes have been liquidated from the portfolio at profit margins exceeding 30 %. ABEX Capital also made a strategic investment in ValCom INC (OTCBB: VLCO), and together they conducted 3 live TV real estate auctions. This concept is being continued this year and will result in an auction every 2 weeks.

For its investments ABEX Capital has solely relied on private investors until now. In addition ABEX Capital has started last year a new investment program directed towards large investors (at $ 200 million plus). Although not having any proceeds yet under management from this source, ABEX Capital anticipates this kind of investments to be available in the first quarter of this year.

This new investment program will allow investors to invest in deals that will be managed and executed by ABEX Capital, while the investors hold the real estate as security. ABEX Capital does not charge a management fee, but shares in the profit. For each project a separate legal entity is formed with as participants the investors and ABEX Capital. ABEX Capital has the expertise when it comes to construction or remodeling as well as the sales power through its joint ventures and the marketing power through its strategic investment into VALCOM reaching 60 million households through the medium television.
