Kymore: Taking ahead the endeavour of providing means for quality education for students, ACC Limited set up learning centers in Kymore. The CSR team of ACC, one of India’s leading cement company, has installed six learning stations in five different schools.

ACC tied up with Hi-wel the technical partner for this initiative. Hi-wel has provided the inbuilt systems of the learning centers. The programme focuses on improving the learning culture. This robust system would help students and teachers both to develop their learning level substantially, which would have multiplying impact in their academic career.
These centers will help students get answers to any query on their mind.

According to the Director of Plant ACC Kymore, Shri R.S Rathore, “Qualitative education across the country always remains a challenge. The drastic slide in the quality aspect in education system is a serious threat to the sustenance of development which has multidimensional impacts across society. Creation of opportunity to develop skills and ability among the target beneficiaries is the main aim for ACC. The thrust of our CSR programme at Kymore is always to encourage the learning culture.

Features;

• It is self running and friendly, hence, does not require any teacher/assistant

• It has the complete syllabus from class I-VIII in Hindi language whereas in English it covers the syllabus from Class I-XII

• The methodology of pedagogy is based on cartoon story telling and demonstration

The learning centers have created a lot of excitement among the students and teachers of Kymore. They now look forward to the change in learning pattern created by these centers.
