With over six years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Matt Donato began his career with AccruePartners in Business Development, subsequently moving into Executive Search for the Accounting and Finance division. In 2010, he was promoted to Division Director of Finance and Accounting, with oversight of his team consisting of both executive search and temporary/contract staffing
