Acme Eden Court to offer super-luxury flats in Mohali

Chandigarh, February 2: The real estate company Acme Builders are setting up a luxury apartment complex in Sector 91 Mohali overlooking the proposed Mohali golf course.
Mr. Harsh Kohli, one of the promoter directors, informed that the 250 fully air-conditioned 3BHK apartments in Acme Eden Court have been designed by world renowned Dubai based architectural firm, Archgroup International.

Acme Eden Court is an ultra-modern luxury apartment complex in an area of 6.5 acre in the fully-developed Sector 91 in Mohali in the JLPL township, informed Mr. Kohli.

Each apartment would be costing Rs.1 crore, and the company has tied up with the home loan company, DHFL for easy interest-free finance facility, informed Mr Kohli.

Acme Eden Court is located right next to the Quark City and Dell with a golf course and lake planned in the area with proximity to the international airport and Mohali railway stations that makes it an ideal location for the residents.
Mohali would be transformed in the years to come with area emerging as IT and industrial hub, and robust infrastructural development being planned in consultation with Jurong Corporation of Singapore that Punjab government has engaged for the purpose.
