Acne can be an embarrassing condition that reduces your self-esteem and confidence but, it doesn't have to be. There are some actions you can take to stop acne before it goes too far. One of the cheapest and basic ways to help prevent acne is to wash your face regularly. It will remove dirt and bacteria from your pores. Make sure that the products you are using on your face are oil-free. While you are outside in the heat or working out you should pull long hair away from your face. Anytime you feel that your face is dirty you should immediately wash it to stop the dirt moving into your pores that will create acne.
