As a team they then evaluated over two hundred companies

"Identifying the best method for the services was a challenge however, we saw everything from spray washing, sponge washing to doing it by hand but nothing really caught our attention." After considerable time and evaluation the team landed on a small company in the Pacific North West using innovative technology and what they considered a Best Practice Approach that could be easily replicated. "AcroTech had incorporated an industrial vacuum system into each of their units" relates Brendan. "They had a well designed Industrial vacuum system that was perfect for gutter extraction with minimal roof contact it was the perfect solution for the industry." But gutter cleaning was only one aspect of exterior maintenance AcroTech wanted to explore. The next objective was to build a year around approach and model. "With much research and time we identified the optimum approach to power washing" Brendan relates "we landed on Steam…steam washing units had it all…better cleaning capability, better moss killing with out the use of strong chemicals but incorporating it into their self contained truck was another challenge.

After considerable time, expense and effort we were able to introduce into all of our trucks a dependable year around self contained solution to all of the challenges."

"Some companies focus on the type of cloths they wear while providing the services, a gimmick we weren't interested in pursuing. Having a dependable year around cleaning system was only one aspect though" relates Brendan "to complete the client experience we had to also build easy to use web interfaces, back office systems for call back and customer scheduling. We aren't 100% all the way there yet" says Brendan "but we are 500% further along than our competition." Finally to bring there approach and solution across North America they brought in a management team that had experience designing solutions for fortune 500 clients. There thinking was to bring in the same approach and focus to there clients as is typically provided by the worlds top customer oriented corporations.
