As the company prepares to unveil its UC offering in the coming months that is a direct result of its customers’ input, ACT plans to gain a broader understanding of global UC trends to ensure its longer-term development plans also address the needs of prospective customers. Several of ACT’s customers have been testing the company’s UC offering for weeks to identify strengths and areas for improvement. With their involvement, the company has determined the short-term strategic direction of its new offering, and ACT is committed to ensuring its customers continue to be actively involved in the development process.
