ACTIVIST REVEALS THAT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT KNEW TWO YEARS AGO ABOUT œHER CALLING

Ms. Peters states, "I felt death knocking at my door. I was looking for answers to why my œnew neighbors were stalking me from room to room with œwhatever equipment that they had to target my head.

One night it was so unbearable that I cried out to Jesus/Yeshua. I was in the attic behind a 3 drawer steel cabinet trying to seek refuge from their weaponry. I did not know what to do to protect my brain. I wrapped my head in heavy duty aluminum foil based on what I was told about œprotecting myself. I felt God's hand protecting me from that œenergy. It was like a barrier was created. I drifted off to sleep and for the first time, I got a good night sleep. I woke up and for the first time I did not have a headache and the aluminum foil was still intact. It was not wrinkled. There were no holes and it still looked new. I thank Him for answering my cry for help. After that, I no longer wrapped my head in aluminum foil. I depended on Him for my protection."

I found Ms. S. who wanted to help me. She had a gift from God & she knew Jesus. I asked her the question, œWhy was this happening to me? She responded, œThey are doing it because they think that they can. Who is going to stop them? I asked her, œWho was doing this to me? She replied, œThe Federal government. She agreed with my statement that this was not the entire Federal Government, but œunscrupulous Federal government employees who are abusing their power.

The arrogance of that statement caused something in my spirit to ask Ms. S. to give the œunscrupulous Federal Government employees a message: œPlease tell me that I was going to stop them with the help of Jesus Christ/Yeshua.

Later, she revealed that they told her that œthey were afraid of me. I thought to myself, œWhy would they be scared of me? Ms. S. stated that œI was going to help a lot of people. She never told me whom, but I would figure it out later.

I was feeling and looking better. I was getting stronger each day.

One day, Ms. S. told me that these unscrupulous Federal Government employees offered her $50,000.00, but she refused. She stated that she had my back. Ms. S. also told me that œMr. C. was paid a lot of money to no longer support me. I replied her that Mr. C. accepted $25,000.00. She acted surprised that I knew the exact amount.

Mr. C. was a non-consensual œhuman subject and a new follower of Jesus Christ. I did not think that he would turn on me, but he did. I confronted him, but he lied and I told him that this was the reason why so many people are still going through this ordeal.

Our bodies have been infiltrated with many œunidentified medical devices, called implants or chips, which can change our DNA and cause cancer. Many people are not contributing their debilitating diseases to being implanted without their knowledge or informed consent. œHuman Subjects are being implanted illegally with chips/implants without our informed consent. It was revealed to a œhuman subject that when the implants technology was received from the Germans, they needed someone to experiment this technology on. The implants were first experimented on the military, then minorities, more specifically, African-American women, African-American men and then children, without obtaining their parent's/guardian's consent. Now, everyone can be experimented on without his/her informed consent or knowledge.

We have been implanted with chips/implants illegally and we want them to be removed immediately. Many œhuman subject are not attributing their cancer or debilitating diseases to having foreign objects in their bodies. Bob Saga was dying from terminal cancer, but when he had his chip removed, the cancer disappeared.

In 2009, VeriChip announced sales to Maryland's Calvert Memorial Hospital and to Mercer and Atlantic counties in New Jersey.

A metal detector or a stud sensor can detect the presence of the medical device (implants). The Stanley Stud Sensor 150 at Wal-mart can detect them because it œbeeps continuously when an implant is detected. We have not found many physicians who are willing to remove them from our bodies. An x-ray, ultrasound, or a CT scan can also detect them.

In her 2007 exclusive interview (http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=5d5_1194548311), Julianne McKinney, a former army intelligence officer and authored of the 1992 publication, Microwave Harassment and Mind Control Experimentation,(this publication is available on the Internet to download) and an authority on the use of Electronic Weaponry and Microwave Weaponry states in her interview, œTheir capabilities of the electronic weapon systems generally are to inflict pain in a highly focused fashion and to alter mental states when you have the frequency aimed at your brain, your mental function tend to alter. In amplified form their sufficient the frequencies have the capacity to kill that's why, that is one reason why the Department of Defense (DOD) refers to them as œLess than Lethal instead of œNon-Lethal Weapons. As the matter fact the Department of Defense has gone so far as to eliminate them to removed them from the category of even less than lethal weapons and bury them under the category of œElectronics Weapons to make them a little bit blacker.

The public was not supposed to every find out the truth because this is a well-oiled machine. It is a well-orchestrated, cohesive organization with unlimited resources, which is well-connected across the Intrastate/Interstate in America and Internationally. It is based on lies, deception, & secrecy.

Despite the 24/7 surveillance, some of the œhuman subjects did figure it out.

Many people should lose their jobs, lose their licenses, pay restitution or should be going to jail for the rest of their lives.

Some of the informants/perpetrators are being compensated with cash, autos, and other ways so that there is no œtraceability, while others are on the payroll. They have been hiring informants, mostly criminals to commit crimes, against law-abiding men and they are not keeping an accurate record of these criminals. They are hiring one main œperp and he/she is hiring the rest of his œperp team, while drugs and alcoholic are supplied as the œhuman subject is being tortured.

The informants/perpetrators are using the products, services, or even establishments without the informed consent or knowledge of their employers, business owners, or church/synagogue leaders in order to monitor, harass, track, target and/or torture the œhuman subjects until they are œbroken financially, emotionally, and/or physically.

We have found out the names of some of the medical experiments, which should be considered unethical: Pandora, Star Wars, MKULTRA, the Pavlovian Experiment and Project Slammer.

What about the Human Subjects' Mental State?

This is part of the œgame in order to isolate the œhuman subjects and to discredit them by declaring that they have a mental illness. The œhuman subjects do not have a mental illness. For many, they will require surgery to remove the implants that were illegally implanted in their bodies without their knowledge or consent so that no one will believe them and the researchers can continue to do the unethical medical experiment on them. Microwave Expert, Dr. Barrie Trower recently stated that they committed them to asylums for the rest of their lives so that they can experiment on them.

It is documented in official federal government medical records/documents that the federal government scientists diagnosed many non-consensual œhuman subjects with œneurosis or œparanoid schizophrenic who stated that he/she was being experimented on by them. For example, this was documented in the case of the late Elmer Allen.

The sad part about Elmer Allen's story is that nobody believed him. He went to his doctor and told him, œI think I've been injected with something. His doctor diagnosed him as a paranoid schizophrenic at the same time that he was conversing with the atomic energy scientists in Argon National Lab to provide them with tissue samples. Elmer Allen was not only used in 1947 when he was injected with this radioactive isotope, but he continued to be used as a guinea pig for the rest of his life. When Elmer Allen's daughter, Elmerine was interviewed, she told the story of when she left for college, her father would tell her watch out, œDon't let the U.S. government guinea-pig you. And they always thought that Elmer Allen had some kind of, well, Elmer was kind of quirky, and he had this delusion that the government experimented on him.

In the 1970's, a second generation of atomic scientists rediscovered this experiment. So they wanted to dig up all the people who were dead, who had been injected with plutonium, and they also wanted to bring whoever survived them back into the lab for further studies. Elmer Allen was one of those people who was still alive.

EILEEN WELSOME: They told Elmer, and this is all documented in the medical records, that they knew he had a very serious cancer and they wanted to know how he had lived so long.
