Men in America & globally are in non-consensual medical experiments, but the plan is for NO RESOLUTION EVER for them. This is genocide & slavery. It is an underground Holocaust! It must be revealed.

For the past 2 ½ years, Letitia Peters, a former U.S. Federal Government electronics engineer turned activist starting researching to find answers to her questions about how her and three generations of her family could be œselected to be in a research/medical experiment without their informed consent or knowledge. They were in it for LIFE. During her research, she received confirmation that it was the Federal Government from an unlikely source: a prophet.
Ms. Peters is now a witness. Many people from all walks of life in America and Internationally has participated in her demise and could be considered as an accessory to many crimes including œwitness tampering, obstruction of justice, fraud, attempted murder, retaliation against a victim, stealing evidence to conceal an investigation, to name a few: emergency room physicians, psychiatrists, attorneys, city/state/county/Federal officials/representatives, business employees, police officers, neighbors, moles/agents, and even family members. Ms. Peters has developed an Informant/œPerps Opt-out Form for them to sign because they were tricked and deceived to do some œheinous crimes.
They have used the technology against her and her family every day & everywhere. She went blind œtemporarily, lost her long hair, and is being poisoned daily without receiving medical treatment. She did not have any equipment to defend herself, because she is non-combatant. They have levied an œinvisible war against her and her family who is everything to her. She fought back with the use of the Power of God's Word, Power of Fasting & Prayer, coupled with the Power of Love. She prays to the Creator/Yahweh through Jesus/Yeshua who she gives all the praise & glory to for keeping her and her family alive.
Last year, she discovered that they met the definition of being œhuman subjects in a research/medical experiments and that they can opt-out or withdraw from a research/medical experiment at any time without prejudice. When she received questions from the Department of Health and Human Services, she discovered that she did not have the answers to many of their questions. She needed to continue with her research. She needed more irrefutable proof to validate what Microwave Expert Dr. Barrie Trower said recently in his interview, what Former Army Intelligence Julianne McKinney wrote in her 1992 document Microwave Harassment & Mind-Control Experimentation and what she said in her 2007 Interview. She received the final piece to her research in late 2012 and now she has the challenge of getting out this vital information to those who can provide justice and freedom once and for all to the non-consensual œhuman subjects. It is time for the whole truth to be told.
We examined the in full detail that the problem exists. The problem is:
There are countless of people in America and globally that are monitored, tracked, tortured, and targeted with electromagnetic radiation, weapons (biological, chemical, radiological, electronics, directed-energy), and even harass with Counter Intelligence Program (COINTELPRO) tactics by a well-planned, well-orchestrated, well-organized, well-connected organization operating intrastate & interstate in America & Internationally. All avenues to resolve this issue has been closed to the non-consensual œhuman subjects. Everything is streamlined, just like the Germans. THE PLAN HAS BEEN STAGED FOR NO RESOLUTION EVER FOR THE NON-CONSENSUAL œHUMAN SUBJECTS. No justice. No due process. No investigations. Lies, deception, active denial, disinformation, threats, bribery, blackmails, intimidation by force, protocol and the technology have allowed this œwell-oiled machine to continued non-stop for 35 plus years. Has the United States Federal Government and others œsecretly levy an invisible war against non-combatant citizens (men and children) under the auspices of human subject research/(never-ending) criminal investigations/war on terror/national security?
We are able to provide an answer to the question in the problem. Yes, the problem exists. There is a secret invisible war, which has been launched against non-combatant citizens (men and children) under the auspices of human subject research/(never-ending) criminal investigations/war on terror/national security.
We proved that the technology exists. We have irrefutable proof that they even lied to the President of the United States in 1994. We proved that they have been keeping the œsecret non-consensual human subject research for more than 35 plus years.
We have irrefutable proof that lends credence to what is being done to the non-consensual œhuman subjects: the perp's confession. What better proof could we have then from the œresearcher's own mouth? The ones who are conducting the daily experiments and giving details, which confirms, what Microwave Expert Dr. Barrie Trower said in his recent interview, what Former Army Intelligence Officer, Julianne McKinney & a survivor of non-consensual human subject research documented 20 years ago, as well as, many others.
We applaud the efforts that America has done for other nations who are in need of help against human rights violations. It is time that America took care of Americans to address human rights violations right in our backyard.
Ms. Peters states, œI love America, but does America love me. I am a peaceful, loving, and non-combatant wombman whose country has levied an invisible war against for no other reason than œthey think that they can. For the past 2 ½ years, I endured the most horrific ordeal of my life because they did not want the truth exposed. I did not think that people could be so malicious. It is ironic how the people who are doing the persecution would not like it being done to their loved ones. Have people forgotten the Carnal Rule: Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do To You?
Whistleblowers have been reporting the abuse of the Intelligence Agencies and the Military, but there has been no investigation to date. Why not? We demand more than investigations. We demand tribunals in U.S. and Internationally for people to be prosecuted for their crimes. They have levy war on non-combatant citizens & isn't that TREASON?
This saddens me that this is happening in America & Internationally to non-combatant men, women & children who has been œperceived as enemies. It is inconceivable that there are people who would monitor, track, target, and torture us 24/7 with the use of biological/chemical/directed energy/electronics/radiological weapons & electromagnetic radiation. These people do not care if we are in pain or even if our loved ones have a disease that they gave them, like my father who has myeloma. They are being paid a substantial amount of money to do this to their fellowmen. We are enduring inhumane, degrading treatment, agony, unimaginable, excruciating pain & suffering. It is unbearable & I still suffer in silence.
Now everyone will have to answer for what they did to us, our families and loved ones. No one is immune from being œselected in the research as long as they are allowed to operate. These unethical, medical experiments should be suspended/terminated immediately because they violate medical ethics, research ethics, U.S. & International Laws. This is not really a research/medical experiment, but they had to justify it somehow to ˜get the money'. This is modern-day slavery and genocide in America and globally, which has the makings of an underground HOLOCAUST.
We will hold EVERYONE ACCOUNTABLE who continues to delay the investigation into the non-consensual human subject research. It is time for the œwhole truth to be revealed. Justice and truth must occur now in order to reconciliation to occur. We want to opt-out now. We want these medical experiments to be suspended immediately. We want the Fusion Centers to be suspended. There should be a moratorium on all human subject research in America and globally. We demand that this ends immediately.
I echo the words of the late Vertus Hardiman, (www.HoleintheHead.com) a non-consensual œhuman subject who never received justice for what the United States did to him at 5 years old under the pretense of lie. He said,
