Actress/Model Rickie Zahir chooses J Blair Brown Consulting for management purposes

The actress has been seen in Netflix's "House of Cards" and will appear in an upcoming segment of NBCs hit TV series, "Smash."

Harrisburg-based actress and model Rickie Zahir has selected J Blair Brown Consulting to represent her as manager for all matters pertaining to her acting and modeling career.

Zahir, who recently filmed a segment of the hit TV series Smash, has been acting for several years both on stage and in film. In addition to her performance in Smash, she can also be seen in Netflix's original production of House of Cards, which stars Kevin Spacey; the independent films Under Pressure and Easy Hustle, both shot exclusively in Harrisburg; and was featured in live stage performances such as the musical The Shake Shop; and the dramatic stage productions Girlfriends; The Susquehanna to Freedom; and Aldous Remembers.

œIt's been an exciting year and I'm ready to take my acting career to the next level, she says. œMy circumstances have recently changed which now allows me to focus more on my entertainment career, and I'm just ready to dive in.

Zahir is a graduate of Susquehanna High School. She has also studied Nursing at Cittone Institute, and Business Management at Harrisburg Area Community College. In addition, Zahir is also a skilled educator, writer, and choreographer.
