Adenium Energy Capital signs long-term Technical Advisory and Development Agreement with Bright Power Group Inc

(Dubai – 9th January 2012) - Adenium Energy Capital Ltd signed a long-term Technical Advisory and Development Agreement with Bright Power Group Inc on the 6th of October 2011 in Dubai. Bright Power will be supporting Adenium as its special technical advisor on a global basis. Bright Power will notably assist Adenium in the development of solar power projects and in the technical due diligence of plants being considered for acquisitions. Raed Sarhan, Adenium’s Managing Director, stated: “It is a great pleasure to have Bright Power Group as part of Adenium’s growing platform. The combination of the two teams will greatly enhance our future acquisition and development of solar power plants and ensure that they are adequately analyzed and monitored”. “We are excited to work with an experienced partner with a strong pipeline of projects.” said Jeremy Crane, Principal at Bright Power Group.
In initiating this relationship, Adenium and Bright Power have placed a joint bid in Jordan for the development of a 100 MW solar project.
