We are in search of an Office / HR Admin. This position will be responsible for providing support to the HR Director in all office administration and a few HR tasks in order to assist the company grow and run efficiently by providing exceptional customer service to our employees.
Responsibilities:
• Office administration: order business cards, order office supplies, order food for office, place work orders for office, make copies, scan documents, coordinate office relocation and fixtures, maintain corporate housing, assist with event planning, log packages, post mail, welcome guests and visitors, provide front desk relief, arrange travel, track multiple calendars, run miscellaneous errands, etc.
• Human resources: activate job postings, create new hire packets, track employee vacation, update organizational charts, assist with benefits paperwork, etc.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
