Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc is Opening a New Office in Las Vegas, NV in 2012

They will be opening another location in Las Vegas, NV in March 2012. Tom Fazio, one of the Assistant Managers is getting promoted to management and will be running that location.

Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc is a sales and marketing firm located in San Jose, CA. They work with the leading telecom company in the Unites States and specialize in acquiring and retaining customers for them. Currently their location in San Jose is ranked # 2 in sales in the west region. They ended 2011 and started 2012 with a lot of momentum; they are hitting all of their monthly quotas and getting great results for the client.

“Our business model is all about providing opportunity to our employees and promoting from within” explains Strait. “The way we do that is by coming through for our clients and our team. 2012 is going to be a huge year for us and opening another office in Vegas is a perfect way to start it off.”

Tom and a few other top account managers at Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc will be launching the office March 5th. Tom started in the business at the entry level position right after he graduated from Brown University in Rhode Island. “I started in an entry level sales position,” explains Tom “but my goals were always to get promoted to management. I like the fact that there was a clear career path here and advancement was based on performance.”

At Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc everyone starts at an entry level position. There is a Management Training Program in place which provides people with the opportunity to advance into a management role while cross training in sales and marketing. ABA will be hiring new account managers to replace the talent that is moving to Las Vegas.
