ADVANCED MOTORSPORTS DUCATI OF DALLAS GEARS UP FOR INAUGURAL OCTOBERFAST

DALLAS – Sept. 26, 2011 – Advanced Motorsports Ducati of Dallas, one of the nation’s leading dealers of Ducati motorcycles, performance parts, apparel, accessories and merchandise, is hosting its inaugural Dallas Ducati OctoberFast on Saturday, Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Leslie Street, between Industrial Boulevard and Levee St. Ducati OctoberFast will feature some of the most exciting classics, exotics, muscle cars and super bikes that Dallas-Fort Worth has to offer. All high-performance and luxury vehicles are invited to be a part of the show. Admission and parking are free to the public.

“Since 1995, we’ve been a member of the Dallas community and are thrilled to extend our outreach further by launching the inaugural OctoberFast,” said Jeff Nash, president and founder of AMS Ducati Dallas. “Not only will we showcase a collection of diverse cars and bikes, but the money we raise through the $10 car show entry fee will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB). We want everyone in the community to come out, enjoy great food, fun entertainment and fast rides, all for a great cause.”

Ducati’s team will be out in full force with the latest bikes, parts and accessories on display, as well as their fantastic collection of racing bikes. Entertainment includes live music provided by Red Bull Energy Drink’s disc jockey, as well as food and beverages, raffles for all the latest and greatest from Ducati and the coolest line-up of incredible vehicles.

Awards will be given to the cars and bikes that stand out among the rest in more than five divisions. Money and donations will be raised for the North Texas Food Bank through canned food items and vehicle entry fees. Ducati of Dallas will give a free raffle ticket to attendees for every three cans donated, giving them the opportunity to win some great Ducati merchandise and prizes.
