"This worked out great for After Hours AutoGlass and our mobile auto glass repair and replacement technicians, but we feel there is always room for improvements, So in late 2007 after testing on the other platforms we moved to the Palm Centro Phones". "We had a great run with the Centro's and they proved to be a good test subject but we needed something that had just a bit more capabilities"says Mr. Smith. "We finally decided on the BlackBerry line of phones". "We have tested just about every phone on the market but never the BlacBerry" . With the technology that they can pack into the BlackBerry and the fact that our point of sale system worked perfectly on the BlackBerry platform without any modifications was the selling point."

After Hours AutoGlass now has the capabilities to send and recieve work orders,accept credit cards all from the palm of the technicians hand in real time."We also are able to help the environment by virtually eliminating the need for paper invoices". "We can email a copy of the invoice and credit card receipt right to the customer or if they choose we can print a copy off right from the technicians vehicle". Mr. Smith also points out that After Hours AutoGlass has cut their paper and printing cartridge cost in half in less then 30 days of using the Mobile Management Technology system".
