AIESEC IN DELHI IIT RECRUITMENTS

AIESEC in Delhi IIT is a pioneering local chapter of AIESEC India with a membership body of over 110 young individuals from all across IIT Delhi, Delhi University ,Indraprastha University , Amity University and other private colleges located in Delhi. AIESEC is a platform where young individuals get an opportunity to sharpen their soft skills of leadership, team co operation and professional attitude . With the help of conferences and seminars AIESEC helps young individuals network with youth and corporate across not only India but the world.AIESEC provides its members with a plethora of opportunities for a first hand experience in the fields of co operate environment, business development , communications , human resource management, finance and sales and marketing .
Membership to AIESEC in Delhi IIT is open to all undergraduate students studying in Delhi . Recruitments to AIESEC Delhi IIT happens semi annually once in the month of February and once in the month of August . AIESEC follows a selection procedure for recruiting members which is recognized by Indian School of Business , Hyderabad. Selection procedure is three tier which involves a group discussion followed by a team activity followed by a personal interview.

Interested individuals can register themselves online or purchase the AIESEC brochure from various Delhi University colleges during recruitment season. AIESEC will provide one with both an on paper as well as an off paper experience which will help one in their future career .
AIESEC is the only completely student run organization that is recognized by the United Nations. The main aim of AIESEC is to provide young individuals a platform to explore their potential , gain leadership qualities and gain a practical work experience while they are studying in college .
