AJR & Partners Welcomes Jose Mateo to the Account Management Team

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 6, 2009 -- AJR & Partners, an award-winning public relations and marketing firm in South Miami is proud to announce that Jose S. Mateo, one of its hard-working interns, has joined the permanent team as Assistant Account Executive.

AJR & Partners has always believed in engaging new strategies and fresh perspectives. Jose brings both to the team with a depth of experience in Web 2.0 marketing and social media / web optimization, two strategies that have recently garnered the firm industry recognition; the agency won the Hermes Creative Award and the MarCom Award for Social Media Networking and Branding Campaigns. As part of the management team, Jose will handle accounts in several industries including automotive, banking, insurance, consumer electronics, and green technologies.

Jose, a full-time student at Florida International University, joined the AJR team in August of 2008 as a part-time intern. In the time that he has worked for the firm he has cut-his-teeth on several accounts doing everything from writing press releases to managing media outlets. Prior to his tenure at AJR & Partners, Jose interned for Six Degrees Magazine in the Events/Marketing Department. There he helped coordinated and plan events such as monthly networking mixers, fashion shows and sponsor-marketing events.
