Al Hammadi hospital have developed various strategies to focus their efforts on further developing the services we provide to our patients, with focus on excellent health care. So as to maintain the high quality of their service and meet their patients needs, they developed a sound Management system based on ISO 9001:2008 Quality management Standards, with the help of Lakshy Informatics Consultant Pvt. Ltd. - one of the largest and well known management consulting companies in the field of ISO certification.

Consultant Ms Alison Dsouza from Lakshy Informatics consultant Pvt. ltd. worked closely with Management Representative for the ISO 9001 implementation process for Al Hammadi Hospital.

Initial awareness training was conducted by the consultant to impart basic knowledge and input to key people of the organization, followed by Gap Analysis. On the basis of gap analysis report provided by the consultant, required tasks were completed that included preparation of quality manual, functional processes, SOPs, work instructions, guide lines and functional formats. These were formally issued to all the users by the M.R.

A rigorous internal audit was carried out and all the observations and findings were discussed in the MRM - Management Review Meeting and required actions were taken by the management to close them and on the basis of positive outcome of the Internal audit, it was decided to do the final certification audit, which was conducted by URS Certification.

ISO 9001 certification audit was concluded successfully without any major or minor non conformity. Experience and expertise of the Lakshy Informatics Consultant Pvt. Ltd in providing ISO certification consultation was evident through pre assessment audit as no non conformities were found during the audits and the organization was recommended for ISO 9001:2008 certifications.
